Overview

A big one. GP Dash is a property acquisition platform that pulls together market data, ownership records, and investment metrics into one place. Users can explore portfolios, run HMO analysis, estimate yields with built-in calculators, and visualise everything on interactive maps. There's an enterprise tier with team features, an admin panel, and a document library. The backend sits on Supabase with a fair amount of custom API work. Stripe handles subscriptions. It's the kind of app where every page has a dozen filters and it all needs to stay fast.
